raw museli


this week i will be eating alot more raw food because i feel like shit...and i know i need to put the green stuff in my body.for starters i have soaked rolled oats and raisins for a day and will be eatings this in the morning after my ritualistic daily apple.
recipe as follows:
raw museli

-rolled oats
-raisins
(soak oats and raisins overnight)
-ground flaxseed
-honey,maplesyrup,blackstrap molasses or agave to sweeten (pick one)
-cinnamon
-salt

-you may add any fresh or dried fruit that you have on hand or just plain want.

in the morning i always take a probiotic usually with some warm water with lemon.
followed by a good yoga sesh about an hour later.it's not a good idea to eat before yoga...in fact it sucks to eat before yoga....you'll only do it once.
