borealis: i tried the vegetarian,vegan,raw vegan thing.i'm not sold on any one thing in particular,and i like that.dogmatic diets don't fit my personality i have discovered.i am into too many things to limit myself severely...so i know what consequences come with eating certain ways and i know what i believe to be healthy.going with my own flow is healthiest and right for me and everyone else on the planet should do the same...trust your instincts with all things.
