food this week

celery salad with avocado

so i took a long brisk walk and was starving by the time i got back.I didn't really want to pig out on something quick and bad for me either.I was determined for quick healthy and green.Celery is really good for replenishing your body's sodium levels.blah blah blah.Just wanna jot this down before i forget how i made it,cause it was really good and refreshing too.

1 bunch of celery (chopped coarsely in a food processor,saves time)
1/2 orange bell pepper chopped
trocomare herb seasoning (or sea salt)
black pepper

1 avocado (instead of mayo or olive oil)

mix all together
eat or save some for later
i'm going to use leftover to garnish dinner tonight.,,

dinner tonight: peppers (red,orange,yellow,banana) stuffed with rice and cremini mushrooms baked in oven for a bit.
with a side of almost refried pintos.
