Raw lasagna made with fresh veggies from the garden. Tomatoes at their peak.. Green zebra, yellow pear and black heirloom tomatoes..fresh basil pine nut ricotta and pistachio basil pesto,thinly mandolined zucchini in place of traditional noodles..recipe taken from pure food and wine raw food. This is the fifth year that I've made it,it's definitely become a tradition at my house each summer
