one way to change your lifestyle....meal prep

One thing that truly changed my eating habits.
Meal prepping!!
I make my food in advance either the night before or set a day aside and make a couple of different things to keep it interesting  throughout the week.
Therefore I have food with me at the moment that i feel any hunger which means less chance of any impulse eating.
i spend less money on lunches and i usually have healthy food already made for me at home.
i keep the ingredients whole food and the less ingredients the better.easier to prepare if you aren't prepared in advance for a ravenous hunger.
